Because e-discovery is the only thing we do, and the only thing we’ve ever done, we have a deep understanding of client needs, profound expertise in all aspects of e-discovery and the foresight to anticipate what’s next in an ever-changing industry.

We were founded in New York City in 2005 by experienced attorneys who recognized that the inefficiency of the document review process and the unpredictability of costs provided an opportunity to do it better—not only by reducing risk and costs but also by improving quality and defensibility.

As part of The Dolan Company, we have a strong foundation to support our clients, the long-term development of our team of professionals and the continuing investment in the growth of our business.

In 2009, we were acquired by Minneapolis, Minn.-based The Dolan Company (NYSE: DM), a leading provider of business information and professional services to the legal profession in the United States. Over the past 18 years, Dolan has assembled a national team of industry-leading e-discovery providers to help make lawyers and legal professionals more effective; DiscoverReady brings managed e-discovery services to Dolan’s legal media, appellate brief consulting and mortgage foreclosure-processing offerings.

We are headquartered in New York City, with our main operations center in Charlotte, NC. We have offices and serve clients throughout the country and continue to grow to meet increasing client demand.
