Steven R. Harber has been active in the Legal Services field as a paralegal, attorney, application developer and consultant since 1991.

Prior to co-founding DiscoverReady in 2005, Steve was a founding partner of private equity firm Palisades Advisors, where he specialized in branding, strategic positioning, sales, marketing and business development of companies in the legal space. Prior to Palisades, Steve served as president of Iguana Studios, an award-winning interactive design, branding and web application development company. He helped the company to grow, raise capital and sell to Change Technology Partners Inc. in 2001.

Prior to joining Iguana, Steve served as president of IKON-CTI, a division of IKON Office Solutions Inc. At IKON, he was part of the team that launched the Virtual File Room, a web-based information management application used by large law firms and corporate legal departments for document intensive litigation.

Steve previously served as executive vice president of business development for Concordance Technologies Inc., where he developed, sold and implemented litigation support software, document conversion services and networking solutions for the legal industry. Steve was part of the leadership team that sold Concordance Technologies to IKON in 1996.

As an attorney, Steve specialized in using technology, while litigating reinsurance and environmental coverage issues at the law firm Anderson & Company, to make the document review process more efficient. Prior to attending law school, Steve sold robotic assembly systems to the automotive industry while working at Kanemetsu-Gosho USA.

Steve is a member of the bar of the State of New York as well as the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
