While we understand the need for faster, more efficient tools to get through vast sets of data, we take an objective approach to e-discovery technology so that we can recommend the optimal solution for each client. We are a technology adapter: we do not chase the latest technology for the sake of novelty but instead look for innovations and how they impact the entire electronic discovery process—from document review to production—before we integrate them into our capabilities. We make sure we stay at the forefront of what’s available and what works so our clients do not invest in discovery technology that becomes obsolete; we make sure that technology companies have staying power, since so many come and go quickly.

Technology management

We have deep experience with the document review platforms on the market today and can match the best ones for any client. Our expertise is such that we are frequently called upon to consult about or beta test applications for our clients and software developers.

Data filtering and de-duplication

Using advanced electronic data discovery (EDD) tools, we refine data sets to determine quickly what needs to be reviewed, eliminating extraneous materials.

Production/TIFFing management

We TIFF a small subset of documents at the end of a project for redaction and production. Depending on client needs, we can manage the entire project through the final stages of completion, or can partner with/deliver files to clients’ technology providers or internal resources.
